If you are business owner and are managing everything in Notion you must have come through a common pain point, managing a single spreadsheet is entangled and a mess to handle.
What you need is an efficient system to manage and handle all things at one place.
Spreadsheets offered a great way to keep track of one metric, i.e. Numbers about the business.
But most businesses require more than just numbers and they need to track their projects, manage their clients, keep track of teams activities and even store notes and details about business activities.
Spreadsheets don't have the flexibility of offering anything beyond the normal management of business affairs and they don't help to keep track of additional notes or details specific to any records.

Step 3 : Import Data into Notion
In this step, we will look to import the data into Notion.
Typically Notion has a built-in CSV importer that makes the technical part of migration fairly painless.
Export each spreadsheet as a CSV, then import it directly into a new Notion database — Notion will automatically convert columns into properties.
From there, we can adjust the property types (such as turning a text column into a "Select" or "Date" field, depending upon the field value) to get the proper structure of the data instead of just imported text.
Step 4 : Rebuilding the Views from Database

Step 5 : Recreate the Important Formulas Thoughtfully
If the spreadsheet has heavy dependence on use of formulas, then Notion's formula system won't work the same.
While Notion's formula system is built around properties within a single database being used or across relations provided, it's not flexible like a spreadsheet where we take reference with cell by cell references like we have in Excel or Google Sheets.
Complex financial data that is used that has lot of independent formulas being used across every cell doesn't have a clean way of working, but this can work for some cases where specialized spreadsheet is used to perform heavy calculations.

In this step we will make sure the team is fully trained and well equipped to understand how the migration will take effect wholly.
Rather than doing the entire migration in one day, make sure to run both the systems in parallel to make sure the transition happens smoothly during the course of time.
Pick a team or a process — such as project tracking — and then fully move it to Notion first.
Let the team be comfortable with the entire process, collect feedback, and then refine the database structure before moving onto the next work area.
