2. Service Description
PDFOutput is a web-based software service that allows users to generate PDF documents in bulk using data from Notion databases and Google Drive files. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranty or guarantee of availability, performance, or results.
3. Account Registration
To use PDFOutput, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account and be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Manage and secure your connected service credentials, including Google Drive access tokens
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use PDFOutput in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the content you upload, process, and generate through the Service.
Google Drive Integration
- By connecting your Google Drive account, you grant PDFOutput permission to selected access to google drive using the "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file" scope
- You acknowledge that PDFOutput will store your Google Drive access tokens securely in our database to maintain the connection
- You can revoke PDFOutput's access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account settings
- PDFOutput will only access files that you explicitly share with our service and will not access any other content in your Google Drive
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any files you share with PDFOutput
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of the data you upload and use with PDFOutput, including files shared through Google Drive integration
- By using the Service, you grant PDFOutput a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the Service
- You agree not to upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share and process the content you provide through the Service
6. Data Privacy
- PDFOutput respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection, use, and storage of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy
- We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law
- Your Google Drive access tokens and related data are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with industry standards
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure
7. Payment and Billing
- PDFOutput offers both free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with the chosen plan
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service, including disconnection of integrated services
8. Service Availability and Modifications
- PDFOutput does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice
- We are not liable for any interruptions or unavailability caused by external factors such as internet service providers, third-party integrations (e.g., Google Drive, Notion), or force majeure events
- We may modify the features and functionality of the Service, including changes to our integrations with third-party services
9. Limitations of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFOutput and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
- This includes any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access related to your Google Drive files or other content
- PDFOutput's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDFOutput, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any unauthorized use of your account or connected services
- Any content you share through the Service, including files shared via Google Drive

- Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions
- We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of use of these third-party services

- You are responsible for complying with all terms and conditions of the third-party services you use
13. Termination
PDFOutput reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion if:
- You violate any of the Terms
- You fail to pay for the Service
- PDFOutput discontinues the Service
- You misuse or abuse connected service integrations
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- All access tokens and connected service credentials will be securely deleted
- You will not be entitled to any refunds for paid services unless otherwise specified
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
PDFOutput reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
